BIG TENT FESTIVAL 2008

Organisers say that Big Tent Festival its not a music festival, but an environmental festival with a great music line, which already has the likes of Peatbog Faeries, King Creosote and New Shoes confirmed for 2008.

Held in Falkland, Fife in Scotland, the two-day event looks at the ways we can make a difference to the planet with information, workshops and debates on sustainability, renewable energy, recycling, environmentally-friendly products and biodiversity.

The onsite food village will provide local and organic wares and there will also be an area with holistic therapies and treatments as well as a children's area. Camping is being made available for the first time this year.less
