Elle S'Appelle play L'pool Music Week homecomingLocal favourites Elle S'Appelle drew a huge crowd for their Liverpool Music Week gig last night (Tuesday).
The touted trio, currently being lauded by Zane Lowe and Steve Lamacq, headlined the festival's base venue Bumper. In a short half hour set the band got through seven songs, including opener 'Mariapa' and their new, sold out single 'Little Flame'. One excited fan Geri Stiles told us: "I love them. They're the best band in Liverpool at the moment and they're going to be massive, the new Klaxons." The Liverpudlian scuzz-poppers were one of the biggest draws of the night, which also saw performances by local thrash metallers SSS and indie rockers Voo.
