Lucky, or savvy, enough to have the likes of Radiohead, Oasis and Foo Fighters perform before they hit it big the festival certainly isn't short of endorsement.

So for another year the event takes over various venues around Manchester for three days with around 70 new bands taking their shot at the limelight. The main focus of the festival, however, is the ITC Unsigned Showcase which takes place in the clubs and clubs of Peter Street.

In The City also invites new DJs to spin tunes across the three days as well as holding panels and talks about the music industry. Organisers invite many key industry players to speak, scrutinize and search for the next big thing.less
