Festival
Director, Bob Angus commented:
"Feeder played earlier on
the bill at V's 98 and 2000, so it's nice to be bringing them back as NME Stage headliners."
Morcheeba
return to V 3 years since they last graced the festival, with a greatest hits album is due in June, so their performance at
V looks set to be a celebration of their hits, such as 'Part Of The Process', 'Rome Wasn't Built In A Day' and 'Trigger Hippy'.
At the end of last
year, The Roots returned with their fourth major studio
album, 'Phrenology', marking a new musical high point for the pioneering Hip-Hop band. Their last album, 'Things
Fall Apart', released in 1999, earned the band a Grammy for Best Performance By a Rap Duo or Group for 'You Got Me'.
Now they're back and ready to bring the beats to V.
The days will be announced in due course.
