The Others, Art Brut and more at TMF

Several of the bands playing at this year's TMF Rock Festival in Essex have been announced, with The Others, Art Brut, Johnny Truant, and Queen Adreena amongst them. And all for only a tenner!

The TMF Rock Festival 2005 takes place at Orsett Showground, Essex, on Saturday, 6 August.

The one-day event features more than 100 bands, including Electric Eel Shock, The Duke Spirit, New Rhodes, Chikinki, Absent Kid, and Raging Speedhorn.

It all unfolds across six themed stages, with metal, dance, indie, and acoustic tastes all catered for during a packed 12-hour programme.

The aim of the festival is to showcase handpicked new talent, as well as providing a number of other attractions including street poetry.
