Paul Oakenfold to Get Loaded

United Kingdom United Kingdom | | 04 July 2005

The Happy Mondays headline the one-day festival, which takes place in Clapham Common, London, on Sunday, 28 August.

Oakenfold was integral in some of the Mondays' early work, including their debut album 'Pills, Thrills, and Bellyaches', which he produced with Steve Osbourne.

The world renowned DJ will bolster the event's dance lineup, which also includes Fatboy Slim and Armand Van Helden. There will also be special DJ sets from Snow Patrol and Elbow, as well as performances by the reformed Flowered Up, The Farm, and Stereo MCs.

It has also just been announce that the brilliant Infadels and Oceansize will be performing on the Virtual Festivals-hosted 'Bands Of Tomorrow Stage'.

And it's been confirmed that Howard Marks will be reading exclusive extracts from his soon-to-be-released follow up to the bestseller, 'Mr Nice'.
