General Information:
Opening and Closing times: Campsites will open at
10am on Friday 19th August and close on Monday 22nd August at noon.
First Act on: 12.00am
Last Act off: Approx 11.00pm
Age Restrictions: It is recommend persons aged 14 and under are accompanied by an adult and children under 5 go free.
Pass Outs: Day ticket holders are not entitled to a wrist band, meaning that once entering the arena, are not able to leave and re-enter. Weekend ticket holders will receive a wrist band, which enables them to leave the arena and festival site.
Food & Drink: Numerous amounts of food and drink stalls on site at varied prices and you
can bring your own food and drink into the campsite but not the arena. Water and soft drinks in plastic containers no larger
than 1 litre can be taken into the arena.
Alcohol: Bar tokens are the only way to purchase alcohol on site and must be
purchased beforehand.
The Big No No's: No Pets, gazeboes, candles, campfires, air horns, fireworks and glass.
Facilities:
Lost
& Found: The Welfare Tent is on hand for this purpose.
Cash Points: ATM machines are in the arena but expect queues.
Phone charging points: There will be a phone charging tent on site catering for
all major
phone brands.
Kids Area: There is no designated children's area.
Pharmacy: There is a 24-hour medical centre along with Welfare and Samaritans tents and a full
chemist on site although no prescription drugs are available.
Toilets: Portaloos are in and around the campsite as
well as the arena.

FROM M6 SOUTHBOUND off at J12 then A5 Westbound for 10 miles to the V Festival
FROM M6 NORTHBOUND
off at J10a then M54 to J3 to the V Festival
FROM NORTH & WEST A442 to M54 or A41 to A5
FROM SOUTH WALES M4 to A449
then A40 to M50, M5, M6 North as above
FROM NORTH EAST M1 to J23a to A42, M42, M6 North as above J24 or M1 onto A50, A518,
A41 to Weston Park.
FROM SOUTH EAST M40, M5, M6 Northbound as above or M1, M6 as above.
There will be road signs as
you approach the V Festival site to bring you in the most convenient entrance.
Car Park:
There are two entrances to the car parks but you need a car parking pass costing £5. Sleeping in vehicles in the car parks is not permitted.
Shuttle Bus:
Arriva Buses operate a £5 return bus service from Wolverhampton and Stafford Rail Stations to
Weston Park. They will run approximately every 15 minutes during the following times:

Camper Vans info: There is a separate field on site for campervans with toilets,
showers and water points but please note there are no electricity points. Only 4 people per vehicle are permitted to stay
in this site and passes cost £35.
Special Needs Info:
Disabled access to the event: An information pack comes with purchased tickets detailing facilities available on site. You are permitted to bring 1 assistor to V but speak with the ticket agents for further information.
Viewing platforms: There are viewing platforms for the V Stage, 2nd Stage, JJB/Puma and Stage 4. These will have set capacities and you should be aware that admittance is not guaranteed.
Parking: There is a separate camping field and car park for disabled customers however you are welcome to use the general car parks and campsites if you wish. Car parking is £5 per vehicle payable on arrival unless you are a blue badge holder.
Wheelchair Charging points: There are 2 electronic wheelchair charging points: one in the Welfare Tent and the other on the V Stage viewing platform. Please note that the chargers we have are suitable for 90% of electronic wheelchairs currently available. It is not guaranteed they will charge all wheelchairs.
