United Kingdom | 09 March 2007
End Of The Road festival takes place at the Larmer Tree Gardens on the borders of Dorset and Wiltshire from 14-16 September 2007.
Other acts just confirmed include Howe Gelb (of Giant Sand), The Young Republic, Charlie Parr, Seasick Steve, Viking Moses, Sons Of Adrian & Noel and Monkey Swallows The Universe.
Darren Hayman, Hush The Many, Sunny Day Sets Fire and David Thomas Broughton will also perform at the UK's 'Best New Festival' - as voted by you in last year's UK Festival Awards.
Once again the End of the Road folk are promising to present a festival where every act is a headliner.
Festival organiser Sofia Hagberg said: "Bands will be given longer than average festival set lengths to showcase their talents, while all the time parrots fly and peacocks wander around the festival site!
"Our aim is to involve the bands as much as possible, and the festival has the kind of atmosphere which encourages collaboration and 'special' events."
2006 saw acts such as I'm From Barcelona, Ed Harcourt, Josh Ritter and Darren Hayman all playing surprise sets in and around the festival site. It also saw the UK festival debut of Ryan Adams.
The festival will also be offering song writing workshops, an open mic stage, lots of events and activities for children and adults alike, art installations throughout the site, Swedish quiz walks, Kubb - the Viking game, a film stage, comedy and much more besides.
