The reggae legend will perform on Saturday night's main stage ahead of headliners Squeeze.
Other acts just confirmed include former Ash guitarist Charlotte Hatherley, who plays the ents24 stage on Friday night, The New York Fund and Lights. Action! who both play the Rocksound Cave on Saturday, and Eskimo Brit, The Four Last Things and Joker In The Pack who all play the Surrey Advertiser Liveclub Stage on the Friday.
They join headliners Supergrass, Squeeze and Madness, plus The Ordinary Boys, Morcheeba, The Magic Numbers, Rodrigo Y Gabriela, Toots and the Maytals, Thirteen Senses, Dub Pistols and many more.
More acts are due to be confirmed and the festival also boasts a great campsite, kids entertainment, comedy, street theatre, arts and crafts and loads more.
Tickets are on sale priced £100 for an adult camping (£60 for 12-16 year olds). Day tickets cost £40 for adults and £30 for 12-16s. Under 12s are free but must be accompanied.
