Swn Festival lineup announced

The line-up for Radio 1 DJ Huw Stephens's debut music festival in Cardiff has been announced.

Swn Festival will host well-known acts like The Cribs, Edwyn Collins, Sons And Daughters and David Holmes alongside a host of Welsh bands.

Inspired by world-famous musical showcases like Texas’s South By South West, Stephens will host Swn for the first time from 9-11 November.

The three-day festival, taking in various locations around Cardiff, plans to bring attention to international bands and new Welsh musicians.

Others just announced on the line-up are Welsh performers The Hot Puppies, Cate Le Bon, Mr Huw, Pete Fowler, Christopher Rees, The Spencer McGarry Season, Lleuwen, Llan Clan and The Gentle Good.

They will joined by the likes of I Was A Cub Scout, Andy Vortel, DJ Scotch Egg and Radio 1's Annie Mac, with more set to be announced soon.
