The Verve to headline Eden Sessions

The Verve will warm up for their Sunday night Glastonbury set with a headline show at the Eden Sessions.

The reformed band will perform at the Eden Project in Cornwall on Friday 27 June as part its annual four-date concert series.

The band will the go on to headline the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury Festival on Sunday night (29 June).

Peter Hampel, Eden’s Creative Director, said: "This is arguably the biggest coup yet for the Sessions and marks a welcome return to our heartland of great guitar bands. The Verve will kick the season off in spectacular style, and with other top names in the pipeline it really looks set to be one of our best ever."

The Eden Sessions consists of four one-off gigs in the stunning Eden Project. More dates and acts will be announced in due course.
