Australia | |
02 September 2008
Websites down under are claiming to know the identities of four of the acts who'll be embarking on the string of festivals throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Neil Young and Arctic Monkeys have apparently been lined up as headliners, whilst The Ting Tings and My Morning Jacket are also reportedly on the bill.
Big Day Out 2009 will stop at six cities in Australia and New Zealand throughout January and February. No acts are yet confirmed but expect a mix of international acts and local bands.
2009 looks set to be the busiest festival year ever in Australia, with rumours abound that US festival Coachella and the UK's All Tomorrow's Parties are set to enter the market.
