The social minded and non-corporate Moor Music Festival is back for a fourth year on a farm in Addingham Moorside, near the
town of Ilkley, West Yorkshire.
The event is keen on the promotion of environmental issues and proud of its grass-roots
ethics - it began with a group of friends dressing as fairies and bears and jollying around Sherwood Forest!
The three-day
affair provides the emerging talent of Yorkshire, the North and beyond a platform to perform on. A varied selection of live
acts and DJs have performed across the festival's six marquees playing anything from indie, folk, blues to reggae, dub and
hip hop as well as electro, house and drum and bass.
There is also a broad amount of alternative entertainment including
baton twirling, fire eating, comedy, cabaret, cinema, art installations, workshops, a kid's area, beer, stalls and a Silent
Disco.
