After a successful sell-out in 2008, the festival renowned for its huge guestlist returns for it's 14th edition. The dispute still rages on as to whether V Festival is simply an elaborate and expensive advert or an essential marker in the festival calendar. V was the first festival to swap identical line-ups over two different sites with Hylands Park, Chelmsford in Essex and Weston Park, Staffordshire doing the honours of hosting the two-day affair in 2009. Never short of cash to pull in a massive act, the festival managed to secure an exclusive show from Muse last time around as well as performances from The Verve, Kings Of Leon and Amy Winehouse. But the bill is also scattered with mainstream pop, indie, dance and some emerging acts over five stages. V Fest 2009 will also have food and drink stalls onsite for the 75,000 revellers set to turn up, just don't forget your camera - there are plenty of celebrities to spot at V.less
